Dr. Brenna operates a private naturopathic practice in her home town of Denver Colorado. Her interest in holistic health started in her teenage years when she adopted a vegetarian diet, which evolved into an in depth study of a macrobiotic foods.
It was during her teen years (at age 15) that began her study of international culture during a summer long backpack-style trip through France with three of her girlfriends. In 1989, she completed her undergraduate degree at UC Boulder in International Studies and became fluent in French.
It was about this time that she was introduced to yoga, the timeless art and science of complete mind-body-spirit integration. Her love of yoga led her on several trips to India where she studied yoga with several master teachers.
Inspired by the principles of healthy living that she learned through her youth, and yoga, she completed her Doctorate in Naturopathy from the South West College of Naturopathic Medicine in 1997. Her journey into private naturopathic practice led her from Arizona, to California and back to Denver where she currently resides with her loving family.
In 2020, Dr. Brenna went back to school at the University of Colorado Medical Center and got a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She is a registered Nurse and currently works at St. Anthony’s Hospital.
